Accommodation, travel and meals

• Meals
  • lunches and dinners at the contest site are free for all participants, coaches and guests
  • lunches, dinners and the reception will be organized in the same building as the the Russia vs. China match and the main round
• Flights
  • are paid for all participants and coaches of the Russia vs. China match (4 people per team)
  • team arrivals to Yekaterinburg on April 30
  • team departures on May 4
• Accommodation
  • paid by the organizers for the following teams:
    • participants of the Russia vs. China match
    • world finalists qualified from SEERC
    • world finalists qualified from NEERC and solved at least 7 problems
